Varun Jain, Co-Founder and Partner at Leadership Tilt, is a visionary leader who launched XL Advisors 12 years ago after spending nine impactful years at Schlumberger, a leading oil and gas MNC. His three years in Australia broadened his understanding of international markets, and as an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, he combines academic excellence with real-world experience to drive innovation and success. Varun’s dynamic background and strategic leadership play a pivotal role in the growth of Leadership Tilt.
Outside of work, he’s a sports enthusiast who enjoys volleyball, cricket, and table tennis, adding a vibrant layer to his character.

Minal Jain, CEO at Leadership Tilt, is a true trailblazer in the talent acquisition space. She embarked on her impactful journey a decade ago with the founding of XL Advisors. With a wealth of expertise across the BFSI, consumer, and manufacturing sectors, Minal has established herself as a strategic headhunter, leveraging her exceptional market mapping skills to strengthen XL Advisors. At Vito India, she played a key role in developing global markets and debt capital markets verticals. An MBA graduate from ITM Khargar, she is dedicated to continuous learning and strives for academic excellence.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Minal is passionate about sports and enjoys playing volleyball, cricket, and football.
