Varun Jain

Varun helps global companies build their leadership teams in India and the US. He co-founded the firm in 2011 after nine years with Schlumberger (SLB) across India, the Middle East and Australia, and today leads its technology, product, data science and GCC practice.
For US companies setting up in India, he goes beyond hiring, advising on organisation structure and leadership sequencing, then building the team from the first India leader onward. He also leads US sales and technology searches and senior BFSI hiring in India, working directly with founders and CEOs from first conversation to onboarding.
Minal Jain
(ITM, Navi Mumbai)
Minal Jain co-founded Leadership Tilt in 2011 and, as CEO, leads the firm’s leadership search practice. She personally oversees the firm’s senior and CXO-level searches, and is the driving force behind its international hiring, building sales and business leadership teams for companies expanding into the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Her core expertise lies in two areas. In sales leadership hiring, she places hunters, client partners and Sales leaders for IT services and product companies entering new geographies. In insurance, she is a recognized specialist across life, general and reinsurance, hiring leaders for distribution, underwriting, actuarial, finance and other senior roles.
She holds an MBA from ITM, Kharghar, and is currently pursuing the Women Entrepreneurship programme at IIM Ahmedabad.
